Hello y’all! We are gearing up for the holidays over here. I was in charge of making a Christmas Countdown for 50 people, so I knew it needed to be something cute, simple, and reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas. So, with the help of many wonderful family members, I busted them out. And we are providing the pages for you… for free. Boo-yah! Now, I typed them, then realized I didn’t love the order we originally had, so that’s why the dates are all over the place. However, the purpose of this is to cut out, so ultimately it doesn’t matter 😉
We printed ours on red and green paper in black and white, but it also looks so clean, fresh, and crisp in color on white. To keep all the pages together, we bought binder clips and just hole punched a circle in the top corner of each. Simple and easy. To package it up cute, I put it in a clear plastic party bag, tied with twine, and added a small ornament from the target dollar section. These would be so cute to give out as neighbor gifts, family gifts, or just to make for yourself too!
Enjoy! Just click on the picture and save. As always, these are free for personal use only. All of these Scriptures, and the talks were taken from lds.org. We would love to know what you plan on using this for, leave a comment below. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Baby gifts are some of our favorite gifts to give! Especially very practical gifts and especially when it’s for a first time momma. Now, don’t get us wrong, we love giving the adorable outfits, hats, bows, shoes, and all that super cute stuff, but, we love finding and giving gifts that are super useful. The first time my baby got a fever, if it weren’t for my family giving me a sick survival kit, I wouldn’t have had anything on hand to help. I would have had to run to the store…. with a sick baby, and a first time momma dealing with a sick baby. Is that a bad combination or what?! Since then, this has been my favorite gift to give! The thing I love most about giving a Sick Baby Survival Kit is that you can cater this gift to any price range and budget! We’ve done this gift multiple times now, but I only have one picture. Taking the picture of the gift is always the hardest part!
Our items we love to include are: Tylenol or ibuprofen | Johnson’s Soothing Vapor | Pedialyte | Oragel | Teething toy | Book | Jammies | Humidifier | Thermometer | Brush and comb |
And to complete your gift, a free printable!! Just click and save and it’s yours to use for personal use 😉 The circle border is from the amazing We Lived Happily Ever After! You can go download more borders for yourself here. Go check out her blog for more awesome graphics! Happy Gifting!
I went to a “Being Prepared” wedding shower. Once you get married, it seems like you are then asked to start bringing dishes to family parties, most of the time an appetizer. Or at least that’s how it is in our family ;). I decided to give an appetizers gift for being prepared because when you’re first married, you don’t always have on hand everything you need to make an appetizer. For our appetizers, I gave a chips and salsa platter, and then a basket with pasta salad, and a few recipes and items needed for some of my favorite dips.
Here are some tasty dips that we love…
Moster Cookie Dough | Guacamole | Cookie Dough | Brownie Batter | Pumpkin Pie | Fiesta Dip
